 Why does my account balance not update immediately?
Solution

If your account balance does not update immediately please confirm the following:

  • Logout and restart the trading application
  • Submit the following information to the Billing Department via the Help Desk
    • Account Name and ID (RLM_____ )
    • Method of Deposit
    • Date/Time of Deposit
    • Amount of Deposit
    • Confirmation Number if applicable.
